Finally I got why my mouse pointer everytime get stuck whenever I start typing or press any key. First I thought it's a bug but today I again verified my mouse setting and found there is a option "Disable touchpad while typing", it is a new gnome-shell feature which wasn't there in gnome-2. I checked this option long back and I thought it only apply when I start any text-editor not in general but if nothing is opened and I press any key then also mouse pointer get stuck. Well now I disabled it and mouse pointer working smoothly.

That's not new to GNOME 3. I believe Ubuntu has shortened the time the mouse is locked out because the default time is disturbingly long.
Well I never used Ubuntu so not aware of that but it was not there in gnome-2.
FWIW, pretty certain it was there in gnome 2.
Regardless, is this a bug?
Well, I never saw it in gnome-2 mouse settings may be I didn't notice that way.I don't think it's a bug.
